Pork is sold as individual cuts, and 1/2 or whole hog bulk orders which can be picked up at our store or drop-off location in Chicago or shipped directly to your door. We also offer scalded skin-on whole roaster pigs for cook outs and special occasions. Pork can be cut into a combination of the following cuts:

Bulk pork prices are $2.20 per pound carcass weight including packaging and delivery to Mado in Chicago. Average weights for a half hog are 100 pounds, and 200 pounds for a whole hog. We also offer whole, cleaned but unprocessed hogs for those of you who are interested in doing hog roasts or cutting the hogs up yourself.
