Bulk pork prices are $2.20 per pound carcass weight including packaging and delivery to Mado in Chicago. Average weights for a half hog are 100 pounds, and 200 pounds for a whole hog.
We also offer whole, cleaned but unprocessed hogs for those of you who are interested in doing hog roasts or cutting the hogs up yourself. Prices for whole, cleaned hogs are as follows:
