How to Order
We are currently taking order by email or phone. Because we spend a lot of time outside on the farm, we prefer taking orders by email. Any questions on products, handling, processing etc. can be sent via email so we can reply to them or return a phone call to you if preferred. When placing your order please try to specify the size or thickness you would prefer. Our meat products are cut fresh every week, and will be delivered to you either fresh, or fresh-frozen if they have to be made earlier in the week. After receiving bulk orders, we will contact you via phone to complete your cutting instructions and answer any specific questions.

Shipping:
We are working with Mado restaurant 1647 N Milwaukee, Chicago IL and Sugartoad at the Hotel Arista 2139 CityGate Lane, Naperville IL which is serving as our drop off point in the city and suburbs. Deliveries are made every Wednesday afternoon. Customer pickup from Mado can start on Wednesday from 6 pm to 9 pm and on Thursday from 11:30 am until 9 pm. Any desired times other than that, please check with Mado by calling 773-342-2340. Pickup from Sugartoad will be on Thursday from 4-7 PM. We also ship bulk orders to your home, however, shipping costs will be determined when orders are placed. We are not currently shipping individual cuts due to shipping restrictions. Pickup is also available at our Butcher shop located at 103 Krack Street Forrest IL. For any other delivery arrangements please contact us by email or phone.

Payment:
Payment is expected at time of delivery. Payment at Mado may be made by cash, check, or credit card. To keep things as simple as possible, Mado would prefer cash over other options. Orders shipped may by paid over the phone by credit card. Cash and Checks are accepted at our retail store. 1% sales tax will be added to all orders.
