We are now offering two options for processing at Slagel Family Meats. Standard cut processing would be cut the same each time and would not allow any changes/customization to be done. In exchange, we would be doing this at a lower price than custom cutting. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us by emailing harmony@slagelfamilyfarm.com if the custom cut option will be chosen. Deadline for hog instructions would be due by 5:00pm the day the hogs are dropped by the farmer. Beef instructions would be due 1 week following the day the beef are dropped by the farmer. The standard cut option will automatically be assumed if we have not received cutting instructions by the deadlines above. Below to the left is a list of our standard cut for beef & pork.
